Last updated: May 2026 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed upon receiving payment (full or advance as selected). A confirmation email will be sent with your booking details and pickup time. 2. Pickup & Drop-off Pickup is available from hotels, residences, and selected locations across Dubai and Sharjah. You must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in the vehicle leaving without you, with no refund. 3. Health & Safety Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back/neck problems, heart conditions, or children under 3 years. You participate in all activities at your own risk. Desert Safari Booking is not liable for any injuries during activities. 4. Behavior & Conduct Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, drivers, and other guests. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any guest from the tour without refund for inappropriate behavior. 5. Weather & Force Majeure Tours may be cancelled or modified due to severe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. Minor weather changes (wind, temperature) are not grounds for cancellation. 6. Photography & Media By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our team before the tour. 7. Liability Desert Safari Booking acts as a tour organizer. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Guests are advised not to carry expensive items. 8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
