Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026 1. Cancellation by Customer 48+ hours before the tour: Full refund (100%) will be processed within 5-7 business days. 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund will be issued. Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund will be provided. 2. Cancellation by Desert Safari Booking If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain), safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur a fee. 4. Refund Method Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 5. Partial Services If you choose to leave a tour early or skip certain activities, no partial refund will be provided. 6.
